Standard Daily Rates


1 Bedroom $225.00 - up to 2 guests

2 Bedroom $275.00 - up to 4 guests

3 Bedroom $325.00 - up to 6 guests


More than 6 guests - $25.00 additional for each per night.


All daily rates are per night plus 10.3% lodging and sales tax. There is a 2 night minimum.  No additional cleaning fees or deposits are required.


Event/Holiday Pricing


$425.00 per night + 10.3% lodging and Sales Tax

Up to 6 adults.  Each additional guest over six $25.00 per night.


Pricing is in effect during the following events and holidays;

  1. > All Whitman Reunion Weekends - See Events page

  2. > Spring Release - May 3rd and 4th

  3. > Balloon Stampede - May 9th to 11th

  4. > Whitman Commencement - May 17th and May 18th

  5. > Memorial Day Weekend - May 26 to 28th

  6. > Vintage Walla Walla - June 5th to 7th

  7. > Labor Day Weekend - August 30th to Sept 3rd

  8. > Whitman Family Weekend - Oct 24th to 26th

  9. > Holiday Barrel Tasting - December 6th and 7th


Weekly Rates

Receive a 20% Discount on 5 or more nights


Monthly Rates

Receive a 40% discount on 28 or more days


Weekly cleaning services may be obtained for an additional charge.  Daily maid service is not available at this time.


Payment & Cancellation Information


  2. > Reservations are confirmed with 50% deposit, remaining balance will be charged on day of check-in.

  3. > Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are gladly accepted. 

  4. > Cancellations made prior to 30 days of stay receive a full refund minus $25.00 cancellation fee.

  5. > Cancellations made less than 30 days of stay will receive a full refund minus $25.00 cancellation fee only if the previously booked dates are re-sold.

  6. > No refunds will be granted for early departure.


Arrival Information

Check-in time is 3PM.  Upon arrival in Walla Walla, please call our house manager, Judy Rostollan at Romanza Gifts (509) 525-9731.  She will be happy to give you directions and let you know where to find the keys to the house.


Guest House Policies


  1. > Daily maid service is not available at this time.

  2. > Smoking is not permitted in the guest house.

  3. > Sorry, no children or pets at this time.

  4. > Check-in time is 3PM Check-out time is 11AM


The Juniper Street Guest house is a rental property and is not an inn, hotel, or bed and breakfast.
