Standard Daily Rates
Rates are based on the number of rooms you use.
1 Bedroom $250.00 - 1 to 2 guests
2 Bedrooms $300.00 - 2 to 4 guests
3 Bedrooms $350.00 - 3 to 6 guests
4 Bedrooms $400.00 - 4 to 8 guests
More than 8 guests - $25.00 additional for each per night. While we have queen sized beds for up to 8 guests, we also have a daybed that becomes two separate twin sized beds and lots of additional room in the finished basement for sleeping bags or inflatable mattresses.
All daily rates are per night plus 10.3% lodging and sales tax. There is a 2 night minimum. No additional cleaning fees or deposits are charged.
Event/Holiday Pricing
$475.00 per night + 10.3% lodging and Sales Tax
Up to 8 adults. Each additional guest over six $25.00 per night.

Weekly Rates
Receive a 20% Discount on 5 or more nights
Monthly Rates
Receive a 40% discount on 28 or more days
Weekly cleaning services may be obtained for an additional charge. Daily maid service is not available at this time.
Payment & Cancellation Information
> Reservations are confirmed with 50% deposit, remaining balance will be charged on day of check-in.
> Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are gladly accepted.
> Cancellations made prior to 30 days of stay receive a full refund minus $25.00 cancellation fee.
> Cancellations made less than 30 days of stay will receive a full refund minus $25.00 cancellation fee only if the previously booked dates are re-sold. If the dates are not re-sold, 50% of the total rental will be charged.
> No refunds will be granted for early departure.
> A Rental Agreement will be sent prior to your stay that must be signed and returned. The Rental Agreement further details the terms and conditions.
Arrival / Check In / Check Out
Check-in time is 3PM. Upon arrival in Walla Walla, please call our house manager, Judy Rostollan at Romanza Gifts (509) 301-7896. She will be happy to give you directions and let you know where to find the keys to the house.
Check-out time is generally 11AM. If you need more time and there are no guests checking in after you, we can be flexible, just ask! Our Rental Agreement will detail the check-out process.
Guest House Policies & Other Info
> Daily maid service is not available at this time.
> Smoking is not permitted in the guest house.
> No children between the ages of 1 and 12.
> Not all pets are allowed, please ask us first.
> The Juniper Guest House is not wheelchair accessible.
> Guests are responsible for any and all damages.
> More policies are detailed on our Rental Agreement.
The Juniper Street Guest house is a rental property and is not an inn, hotel, or bed and breakfast.
